产品执行标准
电缆设计符合国家标准《GB_12706.1-2008_第1部分:额定电压1kV(Um=1.2kV)到3kV(Um=3.6kV)电缆》和国际电工委员会推荐标准IEC60502的要求。

产品使用特性:
1、敷设时的环境温度不低于0℃(低于0℃时,应预先加温),电缆的落差不受限制。
2、敷设的安装时z小弯曲半径规定如下:有铠装单芯电缆:15D;有铠装三芯电缆:12D;
(式中D为电缆实际外径)
3、电缆的运行温度:聚氯乙烯护套不超过90℃;聚乙烯护套不超过80℃。
4、电缆导体的z高额定温度为90℃,导体短路时(z长持续5S)温度不超过250℃。
5、一根或二根单芯电缆不允许敷设在铁质管道中。
6、阻燃电缆成品外径在vv和VV22、ZR-VV22等同规格基础上增加3~5mm。
7、阻燃电缆导体20℃直流电阻、重量和电缆载流量等参数与vv和VV22、ZR-VV22等同规格。

产品结构及用途
铠装电缆增加的钢带可以认为它是机械保护层,以增加电缆的机械强度,提高防侵蚀能力,是为易受机械破坏及易受侵蚀的地区而设计的。可以采用任何一种方式敷设,更适用于岩石地区的直埋敷设。补充:说的通俗些铠装电缆也就是地埋的电力电缆,动力线传输电能。电缆加上铠装层的目的除了增强抗拉强度、抗压强度等机械保护延长使用寿命外,铠装的有一定的抗外力性能,还可以防止老鼠撕咬,不至于透过铠装造成电力传输问题,铠装的弯曲半径要大,铠装层可以接地保护电缆。
VV22、ZR-VV22的适用范围:直埋敷设在地下,电缆能承受一定机械外力作用,但不能承受大的拉力。
